Wok pan with glass lid. The glass lid has a silver-coloured handle. Can also be used for induction, ocean (even outdoors). It is a solid piece of cast iron. The weight of this wok pan is over 6 kilograms, which we find as great when cooking a larger amount of food, that when stirring such a large amount of food, the weight will ensure less mobility on the stove or fire. There is also a wooden cooking spatula supplied free of charge to prevent scratching the surface. Do not use metal utensils or you risk damaging the surface.
Cast iron will ensure that the pan heats up evenly. For cooking in a wok, this is a good feature.

This original cast iron Wok is traditionally made in a pre-formed sand mould with a temperature of approximately 1350 degrees. This gives the pan its unique high temperature cooking ability.
The Wok is dishwasher safe, but hand cleaning is preferred throughout the life of the pan. Clean the wok with hot water and detergent. Ready to use again after rinsing.
Optimal product for restaurants and larger households.
