Spice mix for salads and savoury snacks
Aloo Chat: Take 1½ potatoes per person. Peel and cut into ¾ inch cubes. Heat enough edible oil or ghee in a pan and fry the potato pieces on a low flame until golden and soft. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add 1 tsp. Chunky Chat Masala and 2 tsp. lemon juice. Stir well and serve hot.
To prepare FRUIT CHAT, take 1½ cup per person, peeled and stripped of various fruits, cut into ¾ inch pieces and add Chunky Chat Masala and lemon juice.
Can also be used as a topping for waffles, bacon, fried nuts, grilled or baked delicacies like Tikkas, Kabab, fruit or vegetable salads, sandwiches etc.
