Spices for red pork - 100g

Description

Ingredients:
sugar, salt, hydrolysed vegetable protein (soya beans, corn, maltodextrin), spices (star anise, cinnamon), anti-caking agent: E341, flavouring, colour: E160c.

Preparation:
Cut approximately 1 kg of pork into long thin strips. Mix the contents of the bag in 250 ml of water. Place the meat in the prepared marinade and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours. Then roast the meat for 20 minutes at 200 °C, or you can grill or fry the meat. Serve as a starter or as a main course with fried rice or noodles.
