Withdrawal within 14 days of delivery
- The buyer, who entered into the purchase contract outside his business activities as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.

- Send the form to our email address from which you received confirmation of order acceptance.
- Carefully pack the goods you want to return to prevent damage and together with the form return the goods within the specified period to the seller's address.
- Such a shipment cannot be paid on delivery, we return money to the specified bank account and if the goods were paid for by card, we return directly to the card from which it was paid if possible. The customer must still provide the number of his bank account in the form.
- Goods sent cash on delivery cannot be taken over and such a return of the consignment cannot be considered as delivered within the specified period.
- You can only return those products that do not suit you. So you do not have to return all products.

The deadline for withdrawal from the contract is 14 days

from the date of receipt of the goods,

from the date of receipt of the last delivery of goods, if the contract includes several types of goods or delivery of several parts

from the date of receipt of the first delivery of goods, if the contract includes regular repeated delivery of goods.

Among other things, the buyer cannot withdraw from the purchase contract

provision of services where they have been performed with his prior express consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period and the seller has informed the buyer before the contract is signed that he has no right to withdraw from the contract in this case,

about the supply of goods or services, the price of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market independent of the will of the seller, which may occur during the withdrawal period from the contract,

may be supplied after the expiration of thirty days and their price depends on fluctuations in the financial market independent of the will of the seller,

the supply of goods that have been modified according to the buyer's wishes or for his person,

supply of goods that are subject to rapid spoilage, as well as goods that have been irretrievably mixed with other goods after delivery,

To meet the deadline for withdrawal, the buyer must send the withdrawal notice within the withdrawal period.

To withdraw from the purchase contract, the buyer may use the standard form provided by the seller. The blank withdrawal form is sent by the buyer to the email or delivery address of the seller stated in these terms and conditions. The seller immediately confirms receipt of the form to the buyer.

If the buyer withdraws from the contract, he must return the goods to the seller within 14 days of withdrawal. The buyer bears the costs associated with returning the goods to the seller, even if the goods cannot be returned for its nature by regular mail.

If the buyer withdraws from the contract, the seller will immediately return all money, including delivery costs, received from him, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal. The return is carried out in the same way. The seller will return the received money to the buyer differently only if the buyer agrees to it and if the buyer does not incur additional costs.

If the buyer has chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest one offered by the seller, the seller will return the delivery costs in an amount corresponding to the cheapest offered delivery method.

If the buyer withdraws from the purchase agreement, the seller is not obliged to refund the money before the buyer hands over the goods or demonstrates that he sent the goods to the seller.

The buyer must return the goods to the seller undamaged, unused, and clean and if possible, in the original packaging. The seller is entitled to unilaterally set off the claim for damage to the goods against the buyer's claim for a refund of the purchase price.

The seller has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract due to the sell-out, unavailability of goods, or when the manufacturer, importer or supplier of goods interrupted the production or import of goods. The seller immediately informs the buyer by e-mail stated in the order and returns all the money, including delivery costs, received from him under the contract within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal of the purchase contract in the same way or in a way determined by the buyer.
