Thai Noodle Salad (Yum Sen Mee)

Ingredients: tomatoes 50g, lime juice 2 teaspoons, these rice noodles 50g, cooked prawns 100g, red chilli 3 pieces, chopped onion 50g, sugar 1 tablespoon, fresh coriander 10g

Preparation procedure:

1. soak these rice noodles in hot water for 2 minutes and then drain
2. prepare the salad dressing by mixing the fish sauce, lime juice and sugar in a bowl
3. add the cooked prawns, chopped onion, chopped chilli and add these noodles - mix together
4. garnish with coriander and serve
