Preparation Instructions
Boil 10 cups of water for every 1 cup of tapioca pearls in a large pot. Slowly add the tapioca to the simmering pot and stir gently. Wait until the tapioca floats to the surface of the water. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and let stand for 2-3 minutes (adjust the time to allow the tapioca to soften to personal taste). Remove the tapioca pearls and let them rest in cold water for 20 seconds. Then place it in a dry bowl and stir in the sugar or honey.
Serving Tips
Ready-made new sago is delicious cold or hot. Add to drinks such as milk tea or coffee, or to desserts. Please eat tapioca within 4 hours of cooking. Use as soon as possible after opening the container.

Keep cool and dry. Protect from light.
Warning
Not to be consumed by children under 3 years of age. Use caution when consuming hot beverages and avoid choking on tapioca. The surface of the white powder on tapioca pearls is starch. Large temperature differences during storage can cause water vapor inside the package. Both appearances are normal and safe for consumption.
