Ingredients:
Tapioca starch (45%), water, salt, hyroxypropid starch, phosphate, acetate starch, sodium carboxymethylcellulose salt, guar gum, sodium D-Erythobate, sodium diacetate, sodium diacetate, dyes: allura red AC, Sunset Yellow, Tartrazine, Brilliang Blue FCF.

Instructions. Gradually add the tapioca to the boiling water and stir gently. Wait until the tapioca floats to the surface of the water. Cover the pot and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes (adjust the time depending on how soft you prefer your tapioca). Remove the tapioca from the pot and let it rest in cold water for 20 seconds. Then transfer the tapioca to a dry bowl and stir in the sugar or honey.

Serving tips: freshly prepared tapioca tastes delicious both cold and hot. Add it to beverages such as milk tea or coffee, or to desserts. Please eat tapioca within 4 hours of cooking. Keep the unused portion after opening and consume as soon as possible. Warning: not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Children and the elderly should consume tapioca under adult supervision. Be careful not to choke on tapioca when consuming hot beverages. The white powder on the surface of tapioca pearls is starch.
